Refund policy

If your item is not quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Returns and exchanges for Australian orders are accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your order and 30 days for international orders, items outside this period will be declined.

 

  • Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

 

  • A returns sheet is provided and must be included to receive a refund or exchange.

 

  • We endeavour to process all returns within two business days of receiving and reviewing your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

 

  • Please email admin@wallisandjazz.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty, we will treat this with priority.

 

  • Exchanges will be re-sent at your cost. Wallis and Jazz is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method with a tracking number.
